I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that golf is a sport that involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this golf tournament, including but not limited to: • Injury from golf balls, golf clubs, or other equipment • Slips, trips, and falls on the golf course • Weather-related hazards • Cart accidents or mechanical failures • Other participants' actions I hereby release and hold harmless the tournament organizers, golf course, sponsors, and all associated parties from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have adequate insurance coverage for any injuries that may occur.
