All purchases made through TournamentCaddy are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any subscription plans, tournament fees, or other charges processed through our platform.

Scope

This no-refund policy applies to all products and services offered by TournamentCaddy, including but not limited to:

• Starter, Pro, and Organization subscription plans
• Tournament entry and registration fees
• Add-on features or one-time purchases

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
