2. Description of Service

TournamentCaddy is a golf tournament management platform that provides tools for tournament organization, registration, scoring, leaderboard management, sponsor coordination, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

TournamentCaddy offers subscription-based plans (Starter, Pro, and Organization). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
Use the Service for any purpose other than managing legitimate golf tournaments and related events.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TournamentCaddy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TournamentCaddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
